Direct Messaging from Sale Order
Users can send a WhatsApp message directly from the Sale Order. By clicking the "WHATSAPP SO" button, the module sends the details of the order directly to the customer’s WhatsApp.
Support for Draft and Confirmed Sales
The module supports messaging at both stages of the sales process: Draft/Quotation and Confirmed states. Users can reach out to the customer even before the order is finalized, making it easy to confirm or follow up on quotes, while also allowing for communication after an order has been confirmed.

1.) Sending WhatsApp Message from Sale Order
The user clicks the "WHATSAPP SO" button from the Sale Order screen to initiate the process of sending order details to the customer via WhatsApp.
2.) Redirecting to WhatsApp with Pre-Drafted Message
After clicking the "WHATSAPP SO" button, the user is redirected to WhatsApp with a pre-drafted message that includes all relevant Sale Order details.
3.) Sending the Sale Order Details
Once the user is redirected to WhatsApp and reviews the drafted message, they simply click the send arrow to deliver the message with the Sale Order details to the customer.
4.) Draft/Quotation State - Sending Message
The module allows users to send WhatsApp messages even from the Draft/Quotation state.
5.) Messaging from Confirmed Sale Order
After the Sale Order is confirmed, the user can send a WhatsApp message containing the finalized details to the customer.
