Direct WhatsApp Messaging from Delivery Orders
This feature allows users to send delivery order details directly to customers from within the Odoo interface. With a dedicated “WhatsApp Picking” button available in delivery orders, users can quickly initiate communication without switching platforms.
Multi-State Messaging Support
The module supports sending WhatsApp messages at different stages of the delivery process, including Waiting, Ready, and Done states.

1.) Open Delivery from Sales Order
Easily access the delivery order from a confirmed sales order using the smart button, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to delivery operations.
2.) WhatsApp Draft Redirection
The system seamlessly redirects to the WhatsApp application or web interface, automatically populating a conversational draft. This pre-filled message contains all the relevant delivery information extracted directly from the Odoo records.
3.) Sending the Delivery Message
With the draft securely loaded in the chat window, a simple click of the send arrow dispatches the formatted delivery order details directly to the customer's WhatsApp account for instant viewing.
4.) Shipping Details Dispatch
For orders that have successfully reached the Done state, the "WHATSAPP PICKING" function adapts to send finalized shipping details.
5.) Finalizing Shipping Communication
Similar to the delivery notification process, the system prepares a final draft message containing the executed shipping details.
