Website Announcements
Website Announcements helps businesses publish clear, responsive announcement bars across one or multiple websites. Administrators can configure announcement content, audience rules, display appearance, page targeting, scheduling, call-to-action buttons, and dismissal behaviour from one central interface. Each announcement can remain fixed at the top, use predefined or custom styling, and display only on selected pages or websites. Built-in click analytics records visitor interaction and provides useful engagement information.
Features
Central Announcement Management
Administrators can create and manage website announcements from a dedicated configuration menu. Each record contains the message, status, sequence, website assignment, audience, scheduling, and display settings in one organized form. Announcements can be activated, deactivated, edited, previewed, and reviewed without changing website source code.
Multi-Website Announcement Publishing
An announcement can be assigned to one primary website and additional websites when the same message must appear across several storefronts. Administrators can also create website-specific notices, such as maintenance information for only one selected website.
Audience-Based Visibility
Announcements can be displayed to all visitors, public visitors, signed-in visitors, portal users, or internal users. The selected audience rule is evaluated automatically whenever a website page is opened
Page-Specific Targeting
Announcements can appear on all pages, only on the homepage, or on selected website paths. Included paths define where a message should appear, while excluded paths prevent it from appearing on specific pages.
Click Tracking and Engagement Analytics
Click Tracking and Engagement AnalyticsEvery call-to-action click creates an analytics record containing the announcement, website, click time, visitor account, partner, referrer, browser information, and IP address. Administrators can review results through list, graph, pivot, and detailed record views. Click counters on the announcement form provide an immediate overview of visitor engagement.
Multiple Announcement Bar Support
Several active announcements can appear together according to their sequence and website rules. Each message retains its own design, action button, dismissibility, audience, and targeting configuration.

The Clicks smart button displays the total recorded interactions for the selected announcement.

9.) Create a Website-Specific Maintenance Notice :
A maintenance announcement can be assigned to a specific website while remaining hidden from other websites. The message includes maintenance timing, warning styling, an icon, and a dismissible close button. Website assignment ensures the notice is shown only to visitors of the affected site.

10.) Display Multiple Announcements Together :
The selected website can display several active announcements at the same time. In this example, a general success announcement appears together with a warning-style maintenance notice. Sequence, style, website assignment, and dismissibility are managed independently for each announcement.
