Rating Email displays a pre-filled email with the subject and message content requesting feedback on the veterinary service. Users can review or edit the email before sending it to the pet guardian, inviting them to rate their experience and share their valuable feedback. The Rating Email Feature is available in all related models such as Service, Transportation, Boarding, and other pet care activities. When the record reaches the completed stage, users can send a rating request email to the pet guardian with a customizable subject and description, allowing guardians to share feedback about the veterinary services provided.

Bulk Cancel action allows users to select multiple boarding records from the list view and use the Bulk Cancel option from the Action menu. This helps users cancel multiple boarding requests at once, improving efficiency and reducing manual effort when managing boarding records.

Bulk Cancel Validation Popup prevents users from cancelling boarding records that are not in the Draft state. If any selected record has a different status, the system displays an error message indicating that only records in the Draft state can be cancelled. This ensures proper workflow control and prevents cancellation of confirmed or completed boarding records.

83.)Bulk Bulk Cancel Reason
Bulk Cancel Reason Popup allows users to enter a cancellation reason before cancelling selected boarding records. After providing the reason and confirming the action, the system cancels the selected records and stores the cancellation reason for future reference and tracking. Bulk Cancel Feature is available in related models such as Service and Transportation records. Users can select multiple records from the list view and use the Bulk Cancel action to cancel multiple entries at once. The system validates that only records in the allowed state can be cancelled and allows users to enter a cancellation reason, which is saved for future reference and record tracking.

84.)Cancel reason in Record Form View
The Cancellation Reason entered during bulk cancellation is automatically saved in the respective record form view. Once cancelled, the record status is updated to Cancelled, and users can view the cancellation reason along with other record details for future reference and tracking.

85.)Veterinary Setting
Veterinary Settings allows administrators to configure default invoice products for different operations, including Boarding Product, Service Product, and Transportation Product. These configured products are automatically added to the generated invoices when related records are invoiced. Users can also set default Terms & Conditions for Appointment, Service, Boarding, and Transportation records, which are automatically appended to the respective form views to maintain consistent documentation and workflow management.
