If the selected appointment purpose is Boarding, a Generate Boarding button will become visible, allowing users to create a related pet boarding record directly from the appointment. This feature helps streamline the workflow and reduces manual data entry.

30.)Boarding Form View
The Pet Boarding Form View automatically transfers related appointment details into the boarding record when the Generate Pet Boarding button is used. Users can add pet services in the service lines and select the start date and end date for the boarding period. The system automatically calculates the total stay days and calculates the total charges based on the selected services, making boarding management faster and more accurate.

31.)Boarding Agreement
The Pet Boarding workflow allows users to move the boarding status to Confirmed after approval. Once the status is confirmed, the Generate Agreement button becomes visible, allowing users to create a related agreement record. After confirmation, all boarding details become read-only, preventing users from modifying existing information and ensuring accurate record management.

The Generate Agreement Wizard allows users to create an agreement directly from the pet boarding record. The wizard automatically fills important details such as pet name, guardian name, and boarding number. The Generated Agreement section allows users to create and view agreements generated from pet boarding records. Users can access complete agreement details, including pet information, guardian details, boarding reference, agreement type, and defined terms and conditions. The Push Pet In button allows users to move the boarding record status to Pet In when the pet arrives for boarding. Once the pet is checked in, the status is updated automatically, helping users track the current boarding stage and manage pet stay activities efficiently.

36.)Invalid Opration
The system validates the pet boarding workflow to ensure proper invoice processing before completing the boarding. If the invoice is not created and the user tries to move the status directly to Out, the system will display an error message. Users must first create the invoice or complete the required billing process before moving the boarding status to Out.
