Configurable Alert Behavior in Purchase Settings
Users can configure the module directly from the Purchase Settings view by selecting the appropriate source document for duplication checks. This flexibility allows companies to tailor the alert mechanism to their specific workflow.

User can apply the alert from select Source Document in User under Settings in Purchase.
2.) Duplicate Purchase Order Alert
When attempting to create a purchase order that already exists, the system immediately notifies the user with a clear error message. The alert helps users avoid accidental duplication and encourages verifying the existing order instead of proceeding with a redundant entry.
