Own Contacts View
This feature allows salespeople to view only their own assigned contacts, ensuring they can easily access the information they need without cluttering the interface with unrelated data. Here salesperson manager can see the Access Rights from where they can decide that what this salesperson can see like Own Documents Only.
2.) Own Contacts View
Here this salesperson "Marc Demo" can see the own contacts only in which contact Marc Demo is salesperson.
3.) User Permissions for All Documents
Here salesperson manager can set the value to All Document so, the salesperson can see the all document whether the salesperson is this allowed person or not.
4.) Quotation View
Here after allowing this user to all document can see the all salespersons document.
