Role-Based Purchase Order Visibility
This feature allows administrators to define which users can access restricted purchase orders by assigning them special managerial rights. Users without these permissions will not be able to view certain purchase orders, ensuring that only authorized personnel have access to sensitive procurement data.
Restriction Toggle on Purchase Orders
Each purchase order includes a simple option to mark it as restricted. Once enabled, the selected purchase order becomes invisible to all users except those with the designated restriction manager role.
