Automated Recurring Orders
With this feature, users can set a recurring interval for their purchase orders, whether it's by day, week, month, or year. Once configured, the system automatically generates the corresponding purchase orders when the interval lapses.
Customizable Recurring Order Settings
Users have the flexibility to customize several aspects of their recurring orders. You can specify the due time (day/week/month/year) and set an end date to the recurring order cycle. Additionally, it is possible to configure when the recurring orders will begin, making it easier to manage schedules according to business needs.

1.) Purchase recurring order form view
Here user can set an Interval time in day/week/month/year to automatically make quotations after the interval is over.
Set recurring due time in day/week/month/year.
Set the ending date of recurring after set recurring due time.
Set the start time to execute all recurring orders scheduled.
User can select purchase type purchase order or request for quotation.
Navigation : Purchase → Orders → Purchase Recurring Orders

Users can click create an order manually after creating a Purchase order.

Here show the purchase order list of particular recurring orders and purchase orders created by interval time.
