Purchase Order Product Multiple Quantity
The Purchase Order Multiples Quantity module simplifies the process of managing product quantities in Purchase orders. Designed for businesses that purchase products in multiples (such as packs of 6, 12, etc.), this module allows users to set easily and adjust quantities based on predefined multiples, enhancing efficiency and accuracy in purchase transactions.
Features
Multiples of Quantity Setting :
Configure a default multiple for each product (e.g., 10, 15, 20).
Automatic Quantity Adjustment :
When a manual quantity is entered, the system will round up to the nearest multiple. For instance, entering 11 will adjust the quantity to 20 if the default multiple is set to 10 if multiple quantity is set as 10.
Flexible Purchase Order :
Increase or decrease product quantities relative to the defined multiples directly in the Purchase order or Requests for Quotation.

1.) Setting Multiples of Quantity :
From the products inside the purchase, the user can set the multiples of quantity.
Navigation : Purchase → Products → Products
2.) Manual Quantity Input :
f the user create RFQ without quantity it automatically add the quantity as per Multiples of Quantity. Or it will calculate the round-up quantity to 10 if the manual entered quantity is less than 10.
Navigation : Purchase → Orders → Request For Quotation
3.) Round up Multiples Of Quantity :
Here, as user can see quantity is set to 11 and when the user save the RFQ it will automatically round up as the set Multiples of Quantity.
4.) Automatic Adjustment :
Here, the user can see how the module calculates and displays the higher quantity based on the Multiples of Quantity set. Here, the user set the manual quantity to 11, then it will round-up based on the Multiples of Quantity. here, it will be 20.
5.) Default Quantity :
If No Multiple Is Set or the user sets Multiples of Quantity 0
6.) Purchase Order If Quantity is 0 or not set :
Multiples of Quantity is set to 0(zero), then you can enter the quantity normally, no adjustment was made from the module
