Project Task Work Instruction
Project Task Work Instruction helps teams manage project planning and task-level guidance directly within the Project application. Users can upload and preview project planning PDFs from the project form and maintain dedicated work instruction PDFs for individual tasks. The built-in document viewer keeps important procedures, technical references, and operational instructions easily accessible. A configurable INKERP setting allows administrators to enable or disable the functionality as required.

Project Planning PDF
Upload and preview project planning documents directly from the project form. The dedicated Project Planning page keeps execution plans, induction guides, technical references, and other important PDF files connected to the relevant project.
Task Work Instruction PDF
Upload and review task-specific work instructions directly inside the task form. The dedicated Work Instruction page gives assigned users quick access to operating procedures, technical drawings, safety instructions, and equipment manuals.

1.) Configure Project Task Work Instructions
Enable the Project Task Work Instructions option from the INKERP settings section. This master setting controls the visibility of the Project Planning notebook page on projects and the Work Instruction notebook page on tasks. After enabling the option, click Save to activate the functionality.

2.) Upload and Preview Project Planning Documents
The Project Planning notebook page allows users to upload and preview project-related PDF documents directly from the project form. Project managers can maintain planning guides, induction documents, execution plans, technical references, or other important project files in one centralized location. The embedded PDF viewer also supports document replacement, download, and removal.

3.)Upload and Preview Task Work Instructions
The Work Instruction notebook page provides task-specific PDF documentation directly inside the task form. Users can upload technical drawings, equipment instructions, operating procedures, assembly guides, or safety documents related to the selected task. The inline PDF viewer helps assigned users review the required instructions without leaving the task record.
