Automatic Task Progress Calculation
Each task’s progress is automatically determined based on its current stage. For example: “New” stage → 10% progress “In Progress” stage → 50% progress “Done” stage → 100% progress This eliminates the need for manual updates and ensures consistency across all tasks.
Automatic Project Progress Calculation
The app automatically calculates a project’s overall progress based on the progress percentages of its tasks. It computes a weighted average of all task progress values, providing a realistic and dynamic reflection of how far the project has progressed.
Customizable Stage-Wise Progress

Here, Task progress is assigned based on their stages. As you can see, tasks in the "New" stage have 10% progress, tasks in the "In Progress" stage have 40%, tasks in the "Done" stage have 100%, and Tasks in the "Lost" stage have 0% progress on the progress bar.
