Set Default Quantity & Packaging
This feature allows businesses to automatically assign predefined quantities and packaging types to each product. By setting these defaults, users eliminate repetitive manual input during sales operations and ensure uniformity across transactions.
Custom Pricelist Rules
Users can define advanced pricing rules based on product packaging and minimum quantities. This includes the ability to set fixed prices or adjust pricing dynamically depending on packaging configurations.
Integrated with Sales & Inventory
The module ensures that default packaging and quantity settings are consistently applied across sales quotations, pricelists, and inventory management. This integration creates a unified workflow where data flows seamlessly between departments, improving accuracy and operational efficiency.

1.) Quotations View
the user can see the default quantities and packaging options set for each product. To configure these default options, users must follow specific setup steps in the system.

The Settings view allows users to enable options such as Units of Measure and Product Packaging under the Sales Settings section.

3.) Inventory Settings View
users can add Product Packaging and Units of Measure to the inventory settings. This setup is essential for streamlining packaging and quantity management across the system.

4.) Products View
users can add product packaging details, set quantities, and designate a default packaging type. This step helps streamline product management and ensure consistency across sales and inventory processes.

5.) Sales Pricelist View
users select the appropriate pricelist within the Sales module. This helps in applying the correct pricing and packaging information based on product configurations.

6.) Pricelists Form View
Users can set specific rules for the selected pricelist in this view. It allows customization of how products and their packaging are priced according to defined rules.
Navigation : Sales → Products → Pricelists → Price Rules
7.) Create Pricelist Rules
While creating pricelist rules, users can set the computation method to 'Fixed price'. Additionally, users can add a product variant with packaging, specify the packaging name, and set minimum quantities.
8.) Create Pricelist Rules for Additional Packages
This feature allows users to configure similar rules for adding other packaging types. It provides flexibility in defining how products with different packaging options are priced.
9.) Pricelist Price Rules Added View
users can see the price rules that have been successfully added to the selected pricelist, ensuring that all configurations for pricing and packaging are correctly applied.
