This feature enables businesses to customize product names and internal reference codes for each customer individually. By aligning product identification with the customer’s own system, it eliminates confusion caused by generic naming conventions.

Easy Configuration

1.) Product with Default Name and Code
A product appears with its original name and internal reference code as defined in the system.
2.) Sales Tab - Customer-Specific Fields
Additional fields are available within the Sales tab, enabling the management of customer-specific product names and codes.
Navigation : Sales → Products → Products
3.) Setting Customer-Specific Details
Customer-specific product names and codes can be entered directly into the newly introduced fields.
4.) Name & Code Added
The product now includes the assigned customer-specific name and code, confirming that the customization has been successfully configured.
5.) Sale Order Creation
A new sale order is prepared for the selected customer, automatically incorporating the customized product name and code.
6.) Product Added to Sale Order
The customized product name and code appear in the description field of the sale order line, making them clearly visible within the document.
