1.)User Access Management
Configure user access rights directly from the Users settings. Assign the appropriate Manager or User role based on required catalog permissions. Managers can create and manage product catalogs, while Users can access catalogs with read-only permissions. This ensures controlled and organized access to catalog features

2.)Generate Product Catalog
Open the Product Catalog app and navigate to the menu bar. Select Product Catalog Generate Product Catalog to access the catalog generator wizard. The wizard allows you to configure the required catalog options and generate a customized product catalog.

3.)Generate Catalog
Once the wizard is opened, the manager can add the required products and select the desired catalog style, such as Style 1. Choose the required type option, such as Category or Product, and select the product details to display. Configure visible fields including Price, Image, Description, UoM, and other available details. After completing the required options, click the Generate Catalog button to create the product catalog.

4.)Product Catalog
Generated product catalogs are stored in the product Catalog model for easy access and management. Open the Product Catalog menu to view all generated catalogs in the list view. Each record provides a convenient overview of the created catalog and its stored details.

5.)View Generated Catalog
Click a generated catalog from the Product Catalog list view to open its form view. The form provides Send by Email and Show Catalog options for convenient access. Use Show Catalog to open and view the catalog directly without downloading it. The generated catalog can also be downloaded when required.

6.)Show Generated Catalog
After clicking the Show Catalog button, the generated product catalog opens in Style 1 format. The selected products are displayed according to the configured catalog options and visible product details. This view provides a clear and organized presentation of the generated catalog.
7.)Send Catalog by Email
Click the Send by Email button to open the email pop-up with the catalog PDF automatically attached and a default subject. Add a product-related description in the email body and select the required recipients. After reviewing the email details, click Send to share the generated catalog.

8.)Download Product Catalog
Download the generated product catalog as a PDF directly from the catalog view. The downloaded file contains the selected products and configured catalog details in the chosen style.

9.)Download Catalog in Excel
Select Style 1 and click the Generate XLS button to create the product catalog in Excel format. The generated XLS file includes the selected products and configured catalog details, allowing the catalog to be downloaded for further use.
10.)Category-Based Catalog Generation
In the Product Catalog Generator wizard, select Type = Category and choose Style 1 to generate a category-based catalog. The Category field becomes available, allowing you to select categories such as All, Saleable, or Office Furniture. Select the required category to include its related products in the generated catalog.

11.)Category-Based Style 1 Catalog
The generated catalog is displayed in the Style 1 layout with Type = Category. The selected category, such as All, Saleable, or Office Furniture, is shown in the catalog. Products related to the selected category are printed according to the configured catalog details.
12.)Style 2 Catalog Layout
Select Style 2 and add the required products in the catalog generator. The Per Row Box option allows you to choose 2, 3, or 4 product boxes per row, with 2 selected in this example. Set the image size to Small to display product images in a compact layout.

13.)Style 2 Catalog Preview
The generated catalog is displayed in Style 2 with 2 product boxes per row and Small image size. Each row presents two products in a compact and organized layout, following the selected catalog configuration.
14.)Style 2 with 3 Product Boxes
Select Style 2 and add the required products to the catalog. Choose 3 Boxes Per Row to display three products in each row. Set the image size to Medium for a balanced product image presentation.

15.)Style 2 Catalog Preview
The generated catalog is displayed in Style 2 with 3 product boxes per row and Medium image size. Each row presents three products with balanced spacing and medium-sized images for a clear and organized catalog layout.
16.)Style 2 with 4 Product Boxes
Select Style 2 and add the required products to the catalog. Choose 4 Boxes Per Row to display four products in each row. Set the image size to Large for a prominent and detailed product presentation.
17.)Style 2 Catalog Preview
The generated catalog is displayed in Style 2 with 4 product boxes per row and Large image size. Each row presents four products with larger images, providing a clear and detailed product catalog layout.
18.)Style 3 Catalog
Select Style 3 and add the required products to the catalog. Choose the product details you want to display, such as Price, Description, UoM, and Image. Select the preferred image size from Small, Medium, or Large. After configuring the required options, click Generate Catalog to create the catalog.
19.)Style 3 Catalog Preview
The generated catalog is displayed in Style 3 with one product per row. Each product is presented in a dedicated row along with the selected product details and configured image size. This layout provides a clear and detailed view of individual products.
20.)Style 3 Catalog
Select Style 4 and add the required products to the catalog. Manage the available fields, such as Price, Description, UoM, Image, and other product details according to your requirements. Choose the required options and click Generate Catalog to create the catalog in Style 4.
21.)Style 4 Catalog Preview
The generated catalog is displayed in Style 4 with two products per row. Product images are presented in a rounded-square format for a clean and professional appearance. The selected product details are displayed according to the configured field options.
22.)Style 5 Catalog
Style 5 and add the required products to the catalog. Choose the Per Row Box option to display 2, 3, or 5 product boxes per row; in this example, 2 boxes per row is selected. Set the image size to Medium, with Small and Large options also available. After configuring the required options, generate the catalog in Style 5.
23.)Style 5 Catalog Preview
The generated catalog is displayed in Style 5 with 2 product boxes per row and Medium image size. Each row contains two products with medium-sized images and the selected product details, providing a clean and organized catalog layout.
24.)Generate Catalog from Product Records
Open the Product Template or Product Variant form view and select the required product. Open the Action menu to find the Generate Catalog option. Click Generate Catalog to open the catalog generator with the selected product.

25.)Generate Catalog from Selected Product
product Catalog Generator wizard opens directly from the Action menu, with the selected product automatically filled in the Products field. Choose any of the available five catalog styles and configure the required options. Generate the catalog using the selected product and preferred style.
26.)Manage Generated Product Catalog
The catalog generated from the selected product is stored in the Product Catalog model. Access the generated catalog from the Product Catalog records whenever required. From the catalog form view, you can download the catalog or send it by email to selected recipients.

27.)View Catalog Products
The generated catalog displays all selected products along with their available details. A Read More button is provided for each product, allowing you to open the related product in a new tab. The product page provides access to the complete product details.
28.)View Product Details
After clicking the Read More button, the selected product opens in a new tab. All available details of that specific product are displayed for complete product information.
