1.) Product Manager Assignment in User Settings
User management includes an option to assign the Product Manager role, making it easy for administrators to define who is responsible for approving products. This setup ensures that only authorized users can control product validation, reinforcing a secure and structured approval process.
2.) Product Variant Approval from List View
Product variants can be selected in bulk and approved directly through the action menu, streamlining the validation process. Once approved, these products become available across all relevant modules, ensuring that only verified items are used in daily operations while unapproved ones remain restricted.
