Print Product Images in Request for Quotation (RFQ)
This feature allows product images to be included directly in Request for Quotation documents, making RFQs more informative and visually clear. Users can easily access the print product image option within the RFQ interface and generate documents that contain product visuals along with item details.
Product Images in Vendor Bills and Refunds
The module enables product images in Vendor Bills and Refund documents through a simple print product image option. Once activated, product visuals automatically appear in the bill and printed documents, providing a clear reference for each item listed in the invoice or refund.

1.) RFQ View
A dedicated Print Product Image option is available within the Request for Quotation section under the Purchase module, allowing users to quickly enable product images while preparing RFQ documents.

2.) RFQ Print View
Product images are included directly in the printed Request for Quotation document, creating a clear and professional layout that visually represents each requested item.
3.) Bills View
Within the Vendor Bills section of the Invoicing module, the Print Product Image option allows users to enable product visuals for billing and refund documents.
4.) Bills View with Product Image
Once the product image option is activated, vendor bills include product visuals both in the form view and in printed documents.
