POS Custom Receipt Date & Time Format
Take full control over the presentation of your sales data with POS Custom Receipt Date & Time Format. This module allows you to bypass the standard, fixed date formatting in the Point of Sale and replace it with a format that suits your local business requirements or brand identity.
Features
Flexible Date and Time Localization
This feature allows administrators to move beyond fixed system defaults and implement a localized date and time structure that matches specific regional or business standards. By selecting a specific format, such as "Short Text Month," the module dynamically reconfigures how time-stamps are presented to the customer on every transaction.
Centralized Configuration Management
The module integrates directly into the existing settings panel under the INKERP and Point of Sale sections, providing a streamlined administrative experience. Users can quickly toggle the formatting feature on or off and select their preferred Luxon-based format string through a simple, user-friendly interface.

2.) Selecting the Receipt Date/Time Format Structure
This interface shows the configuration depth within the Point of Sale settings, where the user can define the specific visual structure of the timestamp. Once the feature is enabled, a dynamic selection field appears, allowing the user to choose from a variety of pre-defined formats, such as "Short Text Month".
3.) Real-Time Result on the Customer Receipt
The final screen captures the end-user experience on the POS payment success screen, highlighting the successfully formatted date on the digital receipt. In the marked section at the bottom of the receipt, the date and time are rendered perfectly according to the "Short Text Month" format chosen in the previous configuration steps (e.g., "05 May 2026, 13:10").
