Automatic Quantity-Based Discounts
This feature intelligently applies discounts on products in the POS interface based on the quantity added to the order. Once the quantity of a product matches a predefined discount rule, the system instantly adjusts the price with the correct discount percentage.
Product-Specific Discount Rules
Each product can have its own unique discount structure, allowing complete flexibility. You can configure multiple quantity tiers - for example, 5 units = 5% discount, 10 units = 10% discount - directly on the product form. This ensures that high-selling items or promotional products can have their own tailored discount strategies, encouraging customers to purchase in larger quantities while maintaining full control over profit margins.

1.) Enable POS Discount per Quantity Feature
Setting in - POS Discount Per Qty allows you to enable quantity-based discounts. Once activated, the POS automatically applies product discounts according to defined quantity rules.

2.) Define Quantity-Based Discount Rules per Product
Each product includes a new tab called POS Discount per Qty, where you can activate the Is Product Discount on Qty option and set custom discount tiers. For example, 5 units may offer a 5% discount and 10 units may offer a 10% discount. This feature enables flexible pricing strategies that encourage bulk purchases.

3.) Regular Sale without Discount (Below Discount Quantity)
When a cashier adds a product with a quantity below the defined threshold, no discount is applied. The POS interface displays standard pricing, helping staff easily identify when a discount condition has not yet been met.
4.) Automatic Discount Applied at First Tier
As soon as the quantity reaches the first discount level (e.g., 5 units), the POS automatically applies the corresponding percentage discount. The updated line shows both the new price and the applied discount, providing transparency and accuracy at checkout.
5.) Higher Quantity, Higher Discount Automatically Applied
When the quantity increases to a higher discount level (e.g., 10 units), the POS instantly updates the applied discount rate. This dynamic adjustment ensures that customers always receive the right discount for their order size, improving customer satisfaction and boosting bulk sales.
