Transform the way your cashiers navigate the Point of Sale screen with a sleek, interactive tag filter bar located right above the product grid. Cashiers can click on any tag to instantly filter the catalog, or select multiple tags simultaneously to find specific cross-sections of products with just a few quick taps.
Order Line Tag Visibility
Enhance checkout accuracy and reduce ringing errors by providing immediate visual confirmation directly within the customer's active cart. Whenever a tagged product is added to an order, its associated tags are clearly displayed right beneath the product name on the POS order line.

1.) Enable the POS Product Filter Feature
Navigate to the general settings to easily activate the POS Product Filter by Tags feature under the INKERP configuration section.
2.) Access Product Tags Configuration
Manage your custom tags directly from the Point of Sale application. Simply navigate to the Configuration menu and select Product Tags to create, edit, and assign distinct colors to your categories.
3.) Assign Tags to Products
Quickly link your products to specific tags from the product form view. Under the General Information tab, use the Product Tags field to add multiple tags, such as Best Sell, to individual items.
4.) View Tags in the POS Interface
Once configured, your custom, color-coded tags appear seamlessly in the Point of Sale screen. The interactive tag bar sits right above your product catalog for immediate access during a shift.
5.) Single Tag Filtering
Click on any tag to instantly filter the product grid. A clear checkmark appears on the selected tag , and the screen updates in real-time to display only the matching products.
6.) Multi-Tag Filtering
Combine your filters by selecting multiple tags simultaneously. The product grid intelligently updates to show items that match your specific combination, allowing cashiers to drill down into the catalog effortlessly.
7.) Instantly Clear Active Filters
A convenient Clear Filters button dynamically appears on the right side of the tag bar whenever filters are active, allowing cashiers to reset the grid to the full product view with a single click.
8.) Order Line Tag Visibility
Ensure checkout accuracy with at-a-glance tag visibility. Whenever a tagged item is added to the active order, its assigned tags are displayed clearly beneath the product name in the customer's cart.
