POS Auto Rounding Amount
Automate your Point of Sale checkout with smart cash rounding. Automatically apply rounding differences to POS totals using custom factors (e.g., 0.50, 1.00) and methods (Up, Down, Half-Up) for faster, error-free transactions.
Features
Fully Automated Checkout Rounding
This feature eliminates the need for your cashiers to manually calculate or apply rounding differences during a busy checkout process. The moment the cashier proceeds to the payment screen, the system instantly evaluates the total order amount and automatically injects a dedicated rounding payment line to balance the transaction.
Flexible & Customizable Rounding Rules
Because physical currency availability and local tax laws vary globally, this module gives you complete administrative control over how your rounding logic is applied. Administrators can easily define custom rounding factors—such as 0.05, 0.50, or 1.00—directly within the POS payment method settings to suit their specific country's currency. Furthermore, you can strictly dictate the mathematical behavior by choosing between 'Half-Up', 'Always Up', or 'Always Down' methods, ensuring your Point of Sale behaves exactly as your local business regulations require.
