With this feature, cashiers can open a detailed popup of product information with just one click on the info icon beside the item in the order line. Selective Activation per POS Configuration
This module allows administrators to activate the “Product Details” feature on a per-POS basis. 1.) Enable POS Product Details Feature
Enable the POS Product Details Feature to display detailed product information directly in the POS interface.
Navigation : Setting → Point of Sale → POS Product Details
2.) Info Icon in POS Order Line
In the POS interface, an info icon appears next to each product in the order line. Clicking this icon instantly displays the product details without leaving the POS screen.
3.) Product Details Popup in POS
Clicking the info icon opens a popup displaying detailed product information, including inventory levels, replenishment details, costs, margins, and order totals all Details without leaving the POS screen.
