User-Based Delete Permission Management
The module provides user-level control by adding a dedicated option to disable order deletion for specific POS users. Administrators can restrict cashiers while allowing managers or authorized users to retain deletion rights.
Secure POS Interface Protection
When order deletion is restricted, the delete (trash) icon is automatically hidden from the POS order list interface. This prevents users from attempting unauthorized actions and maintains a clean, controlled POS screen.
Global POS Order Deletion Control
This feature allows administrators to enable or disable POS order deletion from a centralized system setting. Once activated, the delete functionality is restricted across all POS sessions, ensuring consistent enforcement of security rules.

1.) Global POS Order Deletion Control
This screen shows the global configuration option added under Settings in INKERP, where administrators can enable or disable POS order deletion system-wide. When this option is activated, order deletion is restricted across all Point of Sale sessions.

2.) POS Order Deletion Option (Before Restriction)
This screenshot displays the POS order list when delete access is enabled. Authorized users can see the delete (trash) icon next to each active order, allowing them to remove orders if required. This view represents the default POS behavior before deletion restrictions are applied.

This screen shows the user-specific configuration under Settings - Users - Point of Sale, where administrators can disable delete access for individual POS users. By enabling the Disable Delete Access option, businesses can restrict order deletion for selected users
