Time-Activated Discounts
The POS Happy Hours app lets you define specific time slots during which discounts automatically apply to your selected products. You can set up recurring promotions by specifying start and end dates, so the discount is activated only during the happy hour.
Complimentary Product Promotions
With POS Happy Hours, you can offer complimentary products to customers who make purchases during your happy hour periods. Whether it’s a free item after a certain quantity is purchased or a bonus gift with every purchase, this feature enhances the value of your promotions and increases customer satisfaction.
Customizable Customer Restrictions
The POS Happy Hours app gives you full control over who benefits from your promotions. You can choose to apply happy hour discounts to all customers, or restrict the offer to specific customer groups. This allows businesses to create targeted promotions, such as offering special deals to loyal customers, VIPs, or members of specific loyalty programs.

1.) Enable POS Happy Hours in Settings
This screen shows how to enable the POS Happy Hours feature in the Settings. The checkbox titled Allow POS Happy Hours is selected, allowing the app's functionality to be active and accessible within your Point of Sale configuration.

2.) Configure POS Happy Hours
This screen displays how to create new discount rules and configure specific time slots when discounts will apply. You can manage the start and end datetimes, product discounts, and customer restrictions here.

3.) Define Discount Details for Happy Hours
, you can define the discount type and value for the happy hours. In the example shown, a percentage discount (10%) is set for the Daily Happy Sale promotion, which will be active during the defined time range, repeating every day of the week.
4.) Select Applicable Products for Discount
Here, you can choose which products will be included in the POS Happy Hour promotion. For example, Storage Box and Large Cabinet are selected to receive the discount during the happy hours. You can select multiple products and ensure they are part of the discount campaign.
5.) Set Customer Restrictions for Happy Hours
This screen allows you to define customer restrictions for your happy hour promotions. You can either allow all customers to benefit from the discount or set the offer for specific customer groups based on your business needs. In this case, the promotion is available to all customers.
6.) POS Interface with Active Happy Hours
In the Point of Sale interface, the Happy Hour promotion is shown clearly in the top section of the screen, indicating that the discount is active. The discount will automatically apply to eligible products when they are added to the cart.
7.) Cart Display with Happy Hour Discounts
The cart view in the POS system shows items eligible for the Happy Hour promotion. In this example, the Storage Box and Large Cabinet are displayed with their original prices and the 10% discount applied to each. The total reflects the discounted amount.
8.) Complimentary Product Offer
This screen shows the complimentary product feature in action. A Whiteboard Pen is automatically added to the cart as a free gift with the purchase of eligible items during the happy hour.
9.) Final Cart Summary with Complimentary Product
the discounted products and complimentary item are displayed. For example, the Office Chair is added with the Whiteboard Pen (complementary) included for free. The total amount reflects the promotion applied during the happy hours.
