Customer Invoice History Inside POS
This feature allows POS users to instantly view all past invoices related to a selected customer. Instead of navigating to the backend accounting module, users can access invoice data directly from the POS screen.
Detailed Invoice Information Popup
When an invoice is selected, the app displays a full breakdown including invoice number, date, status, total amount, and itemized product lines. Users can inspect quantities, unit prices, discounts, and subtotals in a neat, clean layout. This transparency helps POS users verify past purchases and assist customers more effectively.
Search and Filter Invoices Easily
The integrated invoice search box allows users to quickly find specific customer invoices based on keywords or numbers. This is especially helpful when customers have long histories or frequent orders.The fast filtering ensures POS staff can retrieve the correct invoice without delay.

1.) Enable Customer Invoice Details in POS
This screen shows the configuration option added by the module under Settings in POS Invoice Details. Administrators can enable or disable invoice visibility inside the POS by ticking the Allow Invoice Details in POS checkbox.
Navigation : Settings → INKERP → Allow Invoice Details in POS
2.) Access Invoice Details from the Customer List
From the POS customer selection popup, users can open the menu next to any customer to access additional options. A new Invoice Details menu item is added by the module, allowing the cashier to instantly view the selected customer invoice history.
3.) View and Search Customer Invoices in POS
A dedicated popup displays all invoices belonging to the selected customer with key details such as invoice number, date, customer name, total, and status. Users can also search invoices using the integrated search box for faster filtering. This makes it easy for POS users to quickly identify the correct invoice when assisting customers.
4.) Invoice Detail View with Itemized Product Lines
Selecting an invoice opens a detailed breakdown showing invoice metadata along with each product line. Users can review quantities, unit prices, discounts, and subtotals in a clean, organized layout.
