Login Email Verify
Login Email Approval adds an extra layer of security to the Odoo login process by requiring users to verify their email address before completing login. Secure Email OTP Verification
Add an extra layer of security to the Odoo login process with six-digit email OTP verification. Users must successfully verify the OTP sent to their registered email address before they can complete the login process.
Time-Limited & Single-Use OTP
Each verification code is valid for a limited period and can only be used once. This helps prevent the reuse of expired or previously verified OTPs and provides a more secure login verification process.
Login Protection Against Failed Attempts
Protect the authentication process against repeated incorrect OTP attempts. The module helps limit unauthorized verification attempts and adds an additional security layer to the Odoo login workflow.
Verification Tracking & Monitoring

1.) Login Email Verification Settings :
Enable email-based login verification directly from the Odoo settings. When enabled, users are required to verify a one-time code sent to their registered email address. Disable this is responsible to disable all functionality of the module.

2.) Email OTP Login Verification :
The Odoo login screen includes a dedicated email OTP verification step after entering login credentials of the user. Users can request a six-digit OTP sent to their registered email address and must enter the verification code before the Log in button becomes available.
3.) Secure Login OTP Email :
The module automatically sends a login verification email containing a unique six-digit OTP to registered email address of the user.
4.) OTP Resend & Successful Verification :
Users can resend the login OTP when needed and enter the new verification code directly on the Odoo login screen. Once the correct six-digit OTP is entered, the email address is verified successfully and the Log in button becomes available to complete authentication.
5.) Login OTP Verification Management :
Administrators can access the Login OTP Verification menu from Odoo Users & Companies to monitor generated verification codes. The list provides details such as masked email addresses, OTP status, sent time, expiration time, and associated users, making it easy to track verification activity.

6.) Detailed OTP Verification Tracking :
Administrators can open individual OTP verification records to view complete verification details, including the registered and masked email, verification code, OTP status, sent and expiration times, and verification attempts.
7.) Login Validation & Account Status Check :
The module validates the entered login credentials before allowing the OTP verification process to continue. If the login is invalid or the user account is inactive, a clear error message is displayed and the Log in button remains disabled until valid credentials and verification details are provided.
