Bulk Import of Purchase Order Lines
This feature allows users to import multiple purchase order lines in one go, directly from Excel or CSV files, eliminating the need to manually enter each product and quantity line by line. It drastically reduces the time spent on creating purchase orders, especially when dealing with large inventories. Additionally, the system automatically calculates taxes, total amounts, and other financial details, ensuring accuracy and saving procurement teams from manual errors.
Flexible Price Options
When importing products, users can choose whether to take the product price from the uploaded file or from existing Odoo product records. This flexibility ensures that businesses can maintain pricing consistency or apply new pricing strategies depending on the source of the data.

The module provides ready-to-use XLS and CSV templates for importing purchase order lines, guiding users to format their data correctly. These templates reduce errors by specifying required fields such as product names, quantities, and tax details.

1.) Import Purchase Line Button in RFQ
Shows the “Import Purchase Line” button in the Request for Quotation screen. Users can click this button to start importing purchase order lines from an Excel or CSV file, saving time on manual data entry.
2.) XLS File Import Wizard
Displays the wizard that appears after clicking “Import Purchase Line.” Users can choose the file type (XLS) and decide whether to take product prices from Odoo or the uploaded file, then upload their file for import.
