Submit Complaints with Details
Employees can log complaints with titles, descriptions, attachments, and categories (e.g., harassment, salary issue, system problems).
Complaint Status Tracking
Complaints go through customizable stages like Submitted -> In Review -> Resolved, so employees and HR can monitor progress in real time.

1) Employee Complaint Type
Users can easily submit employee complaints here.
Navigation : Employees/Configuration/Complaint Type
2) Employee Complaint
Employees can submit complaints using this form. Managers can mark complaints as "Resolved" using a dedicated button.
3) Complaint Resolved
Clicking "Resolved" updates the status from "Pending" to "Resolved" and automatically records the resolution date.
4) Employee Complainsts in Employee Profile
Employee complaints will be visible in the Employee Profile's Complaint tab.
