Employee View Type Restriction
Employee View Type Restriction provides flexible control over the View Type option in the Odoo Employees interface. It enables administrators to manage View Type visibility for individual users according to their roles and business requirements. When the restriction is enabled, the selected user cannot change or select different views from the Employee interface. The module works independently of existing Employee access rights and standard Odoo security permissions. It helps maintain a simple and consistent user interface without modifying individual Employee view availability.

Hide View Type Option
When the restriction is enabled, the View Type option is removed from the selected user's Employee interface. This prevents users from switching between different views directly from the interface. The feature controls only the View Type option and does not restrict individual Employee views.
Individual Employee View Type Control
Administrators can manage the View Type option separately for each Employee user. This allows view selection controls to be configured according to user roles and responsibilities. Existing Employee access rights remain unaffected by the restriction.

3.)User View Type Access Rights
Open the user settings and change the Employee: View Types access option to No. This setting applies a restricted view configuration to the selected user. After saving the changes, the user will no longer have access to the additional Employee view types. Only the permitted default view will remain available in the Employee menu.

4.)Employees
After setting Employee: View Types to No, open the Employees menu to verify the restriction. Only the List view is visible to the user, while other views such as Kanban, Activity, Pivot, and Graph are no longer available. This ensures that users can access Employee records through the permitted view without accessing additional view types. The restriction helps maintain a simple and controlled Employee interface.

1.)Admin View Type Access Rights
Go to the Settings menu and open the required user configuration page. In the Employee access settings, locate the Employee: View Types option and set it to All Views. This configuration allows the selected user to access all available Employee view types. It provides complete view visibility for users who need to work with different Employee layouts and analysis options.

2.)Employee All View
With Employee: View Types set to All Views, the user can access multiple Employee views from the Employee menu. The available options include List, Kanban, Activity, Pivot, and Graph views. This gives the user complete visibility across different Employee data layouts. It is useful for users who need both standard records and analytical views for their daily work.
