eLearning Bulk Publish Content
eLearning Bulk Publish Content helps User manage the publication status of multiple learning materials from a single content list. Users can select several lessons, videos, documents, quizzes, or other course content records and publish or unpublish them together through the Actions menu. This removes the need to open and update each item separately, saving time when preparing new courses, temporarily hiding materials, or maintaining large eLearning libraries. The feature can also be enabled or disabled from the general settings, giving administrators simple control over its availability.

Bulk Publish Multiple Content Items
Select several eLearning content records and publish them together with one action. This is useful when launching a course or making a group of prepared lessons available to learners at the same time.
Simple Settings Control
The complete feature can be activated or deactivated from the general settings. When disabled, the Bulk Publish and Bulk Unpublish actions are removed from the content Actions menu without affecting existing records.
Bulk Unpublish Learning Content
Administrators can remove multiple selected content items from publication without editing them individually. It provides a quick way to hide outdated, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable course materials.

1.) Enable eLearning Bulk Publish Content :
The feature is activated from the INKERP section of the general settings. Administrators can use this option to make the bulk publishing actions available in the eLearning content list or remove them when they are not required. If this feature make disable, this removes the server actions bulk publish and bulk unpublish temporary.

2.) Bulk Unpublish Selected Content :
Multiple published content items are selected from the list, and Bulk Unpublish is chosen from the Actions menu. The visible publication status helps users confirm which records are currently live before removing them from learner access.
3.) Unpublished Content Status :
After the bulk unpublish action is completed, the selected records display an unchecked Is Published value. This allows administrators to confirm immediately that the chosen learning materials are no longer published.
4.) Bulk Publish Selected Content :
Users can select two or more unpublished content records and choose Bulk Publish from the Actions menu. The selected materials are made available together, avoiding the need to open and publish each content record separately.
5.) Confirm Published Learning Materials :
The selected records display a checked publication status after the bulk publish action. Their updated publish dates are also visible in the list, making it easy to verify that the content was successfully released.
