By Default Discount On First Order is anabled in settings of INKERP which can be disable or enable anytime.
Navigation : Settings → INKERP → Discount On First Order
2.) Allow User To Configure Discount :
User who allowd access of Allow Set Discount On First Order is only able to set Discount in Website Configuration.
Navigation : Settings → Users & Companies → Users
3.) Configure Discount In Website :
Discount Page Display only authorized used and only that user can configure this in Configuratin of Website.
