Category selection From Backend

Select multiple categories in a particular website.
Navigation : Website → Configuration → Website → Categories
2) Selected Category Website :
Websites will only display the categories that are explicitly assigned to them.
3) Website without category selection :
Website that is not set in any category is displayed in all categories by default.
