8) Group Assigned Without removing existing groups
Here, Employee Access's groups are assigned to INK User, but his old group will be as it is.
Navigation : Settings > Users & Companies > User
3) Groups Exclude from template
Here, the Groups with selected "Exclude from template" will not be displayed here in the group selection option in the Access right template
Navigation : Settings > User Template
5) Assign User in Template
Here, the admin assigns users in the template, and the below listed groups will be automatically assigned to those selected users
Navigation : Calendar > Configuration > Meeting Room
6) Template's Group Assigned to the user
Here, Template Sales Access's groups are assigned to "INK User"
Navigation : Settings > Users & companies > Users
7) Existing Groups addition with Current Template
Required Existing Groups : By enabling this checkbox, you can assign groups of templates "Employee Access" to users without removing their existing groups.

4) User Before Assigning Tempalte
Here, the user "INK User" has access to the Administrator (Before Assigning Template)
Navigation : Settings > Users & Companies > Users
2) Exclude Groups from Templates
Here, the admin can exclude Specific groups by marking the Checkbox "Exclude From Template"

1) Access Rights Template Manager
Here, the admin has to assign the Group of "Access Rights Template Manager"
