1.) Assign Roles and Permissions to Managers
Assign Manager-level roles to users, granting them full access to view, edit, and manage Transport Management operations. Ensures that managers can oversee deliveries, vehicles, routes, and transport entries while maintaining accountability across all logistics workflows.

3.) Transporter Management - Kanban View
Provides a visual card-based overview of all transporters, displaying key information such as contact details and transport charges. Enables managers to quickly identify and select transporters for delivery assignments, streamlining logistics operations and ensuring efficient resource allocation.

9.) Transport Route Details – Junagadh-Ahmedabad
The transport route details between Junagadh and Ahmedabad. It includes key information such as the transporter name (UPS Delivery), source and destination locations, distance, transport charges, and estimated time for the delivery. The user can add additional lines for more routes and edit the existing ones.
10.) Transporters Vehicle
Managers can add and manage vehicle details, including the availability of transport vehicles.
11.) Confirm Button
Click the "Confirm" button to save the details and proceed with adding additional information.
12.) Move Vehicle to Maintenance
When a vehicle needs a tune-up or repair, simply click the Maintenance button. This ensures your fleet stays in top condition and prevents it from being assigned to routes while undergoing service.

13.) Maintenance in Progress
Track the current status of your vehicles at a glance. Once a vehicle is in the Maintenance stage, you can easily move it back to Available once the work is complete to get it back on the road.
14.) Assign or Change Driver
Manage your team effectively by assigning specific drivers to vehicles. Use the Change Driver button to update personnel, ensuring your records always reflect who is currently behind the wheel.
15.) Select New Driver
This easy-to-use window allows you to select a new driver from your list. Simply choose the Driver Name and click Change Driver to instantly update the vehicle's assignment.
16.) Review Driver History
Maintain a complete audit trail of every driver who has operated a vehicle. Access this log to view previous assignments, including contract start and end dates for total fleet transparency.
17.) Assign Transporter to Quotation
When creating a new sales quotation, you can specify the shipping method in the Transport Via field. Click Confirm to turn the quote into a sales order and begin the delivery process.
18.) Manage Delivery Details
After a sales order is confirmed, the system generates a transfer. Here, you can track essential delivery info such as the assigned Vehicle, Driver, Route, and Tracking Number.
19.) Record Number of Parcels
Accuracy is key in logistics. Use the Enter No of Parcels button to record exactly how many items are being shipped in a single delivery order for better inventory tracking.
20.) Monitor Route Milestones
Gain granular visibility into your deliveries. This view lists every stop on a transport route, including the distance between locations and the estimated time required for each leg of the journey.
21.) Linked Transport Entries
For every delivery order, the system automatically creates a linked transport entry. This allows you to view the real-time status, assigned vehicle, and driver details directly from the delivery screen for seamless coordination.
22.) Centralized Transporter Details
Easily manage all information related to your shipping partners, including contact details, addresses, and transport charges. The dashboard also provides quick-access buttons to view all vehicles and current deliveries associated with that transporter.
23.) Finalizing the Delivery
Once a delivery is complete, the status moves to Done. From this screen, you can use the Print menu to quickly generate and download the official Delivery Slip for your records or the customer.
24.) Detailed Delivery Report
Generate a professional report containing all vital shipment information, including customer and delivery addresses, specific transport details like vehicle and LR number, and a clear breakdown of ordered versus delivered product units.
25.) Start a Transport Trip
When a vehicle is ready to depart, click the Start button to move the entry into the In Process stage. This creates a timestamped record that the journey has officially begun.
26.) Live Trip Management
Monitor trips currently In Process. The system automatically captures the exact Start Time and updates the status of specific route locations, allowing managers to see exactly where a shipment is in its journey.
27.) Halt for Delays
If a transport trip needs to be paused for any reason, use the Halt button. This changes the status and provides a clear indicator that the trip is temporarily on hold.
28.) Resume After Halt
If a transport trip was previously halted, use the Resume button to continue the journey. This action moves the entry back into the In-Process stage from the Waiting state.
29.) Live Trip Management
Monitor trips currently In-Process to see exactly where a shipment is in its journey. The system automatically captures the exact Start Time and updates the status of specific route locations to reflect they are actively being navigated.
30.) Complete Route Milestones
As each leg of a journey is finished, the system records the End Time for that specific destination and marks the state as Done. If more locations remain, the overall status will move to Waiting until the next leg is resumed.
31.) Complete Active Trips
Once the final leg of a journey is underway, you can click the Done button to mark the entire transport entry as complete. This finalizes the trip record and moves the status out of the In Process stage.
32.) Trip Finalized
This screen shows a successfully completed transport entry in the Done state. You can review the exact End Time for all locations and access the Transport Entry Details printout for a full physical or digital record of the journey.
33.) Cancel Transport Entry
If a trip is no longer needed or was created in error, use the Cancel button. This moves the entry to a cancelled state, ensuring your active fleet lists remain accurate and up-to-date.
34.) Reschedule a Journey
Use the Reschedule button to adjust the timing of a transport entry. This is ideal for managing delays or changing customer requirements without needing to recreate the entire entry.
35.) Set New Transport Date
This convenient pop-up allows you to select a new Rescheduled Date and time. Once saved, the transport entry will automatically update to reflect the new departure schedule.
36.) Start Rescheduled Journey
Once the new transport date arrives, you can initiate the trip by clicking the Start button. The entry will then move from its waiting stage into the active Start phase.
37.) Monitoring the New Schedule
Track the progress of rescheduled trips in real-time. The system accurately captures the new Start Time for each destination, keeping your logistics data precise even when schedules change.
38.) Finalized Rescheduled Entry
View the completed details of a rescheduled trip. The system provides a full summary of the journey, including final End Times for all locations, marked clearly as Done.
39.) Daily Transport Entry Reports
Access comprehensive analytics through the Report menu. Select Daily Transport Entry Report to begin generating performance data for your fleet and transporters.
40.) Generate Custom Fleet Reports
Use the Daily Transport Wizard to filter your data. Simply pick a specific Date and Select Transporter to generate a targeted report that helps you analyze efficiency and trip volume.
41.) Exportable Transport Analytics
Access your fleet's data in a familiar spreadsheet format. This report summarizes all daily activities, including customer addresses, vehicle status, and tracking numbers, allowing for easy offline analysis and record-keeping.

Once a transport entry is marked as "Done," the system captures the exact start and end times for every location on the route. You can review the finalized journey and generate a professional report containing tracking references, distances, and product delivery units.

The system enforces strict access controls where managers have extended permissions to read and edit transporter profiles. This allows leadership to modify transport charges and monitor active vehicle assignments while restricting standard users to view-only access.
