This feature enables automatic assignment of users when a task reaches specific stages, such as New or Done. Project managers can configure predefined assignees for these stages directly within the project settings.
Configurable Assignees at Project Level
Managers gain full control over task ownership by setting fixed assignees at the project level. These configurations ensure that tasks entering defined stages are consistently handled by designated team members.
Flexible Assignment for Intermediate Stages
While key stages like New and Done have fixed assignees, intermediate stages such as In Progress remain flexible. This allows team members to collaborate and take ownership dynamically as work evolves.
