Discount Per Quantity in Sale Order
Discount Per Quantity in Sales provides an automated way to manage discounts based on product quantities added to a sales order. The discount percentage can be defined within each product or configured in the settings of sales, with product rules taking priority. Only users with the permission Allow Set Discount Per Quantity can set these configurations, ensuring controlled access. A product level option is available to exclude specific items from this functionality when required. If no discount is set at the product level, the system applies the configuration from settings to maintain consistency. This approach helps streamline pricing, reduce manual effort, and improve accuracy in sales transactions. The entire feature can be enabled or disabled from the INKERP section, offering flexibility to adapt to different business needs.

Automated Quantity Based Discounts :
Discounts are applied automatically according to the quantity of products added to a sales order. This ensures accurate pricing without manual intervention and helps maintain consistency across transactions.
Product Level Configuration :
Each product can have its own discount rules defined directly in its setup. When configured, these rules take priority, allowing precise control over pricing for individual items.
Settings Based Control :
If no discount is defined at the product level, the system applies the configuration from settings. This fallback ensures that discounts are always applied according to business requirements.
Permission Based Access :
Only users with the permission Allow Set Discount Per Quantity can configure discount rules. This feature secures access and ensures that only authorized personnel manage pricing adjustments.

This page allows setting quantity based discount rules for a specific product. Minimum quantity and discount percentage can be defined .
6.) Exclude Product from Quantity Based Discount :
This option allows disabling quantity based discounts for a specific product. When enabled, the product will not receive any discount based on quantity, even if global discount rules are configured.
7.) Quantity Based Discount Applied on Quotation :
This screen shows a quotation where discounts are automatically applied based on product quantity. The discount percentage appears directly on each order line when the defined quantity rules are met, ensuring accurate and consistent pricing.
