Confirmation Before Approving Purchase Orders
This feature prompts users with a confirmation popup before finalizing a purchase order. It prevents unintended approvals, ensuring that all purchases are deliberate and verified.
Confirmation Before Cancelling Purchase Orders
Users are prompted with a confirmation popup before cancelling any purchase order. This reduces the risk of accidental cancellations, protecting the organization from potential operational disruptions or financial discrepancies.

1.) Confirm Purchase Order
Users can initiate the purchase order process by clicking the Confirm Order button, starting the workflow for approval.
2.) User Confirmation Popup for Approval
After clicking Confirm Order, a popup appears asking the user to approve the action.
3.) Purchase Order Successfully Confirmed
Once approved via the confirmation popup, the purchase order is officially confirmed.
4.) Initiate Purchase Order Cancellation
Users can navigate to an existing purchase order and choose to cancel it. This begins the cancellation process in a controlled manner, ensuring actions are intentional.
5.) User Confirmation Popup for Cancellation
Clicking the cancel button triggers a popup requiring the user approval.
6.) Purchase Order Successfully Cancelled
After confirming the cancellation in the popup, the purchase order is moved to a cancelled state.
