Create Customization Options
1. Create Customization Options This feature allows store owners or managers to define and create specific customization options for their products. By navigating to the "Question Group" configuration, users can easily define what customization questions (e.g., "Do you want extra cheese?") should be asked during the ordering process.
Configurable Question Groups
The app enables the creation of organized question groups like "Food" or "Drinks," which helps streamline the customization process for different categories of products. This segmentation ensures that the right customization options are presented based on the product being ordered, creating a smoother user experience.
Product Customization in Cart
When a customer selects a customizable product, a popup window appears where they can make their desired changes, such as adding toppings or selecting preparation preferences. This customization is reflected in the cart, allowing users to easily review and modify their selections before completing the transaction.
