Customer-Specific Discount Configuration
Easily define a unique discount percentage for each customer directly from their contact form. This ensures that loyal or VIP customers automatically receive special pricing without manual intervention.
Automatic Discount Application in POS
When a customer with a predefined discount is selected in the Point of Sale, their discount is instantly applied to all items in the order. The discount details are clearly visible on the POS screen, giving transparency to both the cashier and the customer.

1.) Enable POS Customer Discount Feature
This screen shows the configuration setting to activate the POS Customer Discount module. Navigate to Settings - Point of Sale, then enable the POS Customer Discount Feature checkbox.

2.) Set Discount Percentage for Customer
From the Point of Sale - Customers menu, open the customer form to define their personalized discount. In the Discount Percentage(%) field, you can set a specific discount value (e.g., 10%) for that customer.

3.) POS Screen Before Selecting Customer
This screenshot shows the POS interface before selecting a customer. The product is added to the cart, but no discount is applied yet since the system does not know which customer is being served.
4.) POS Screen After Selecting Customer with Discount
Once the cashier selects a customer with a predefined discount (e.g., 10%), the system automatically updates the order. The POS screen displays the discounted price along with a note showing the applied discount percentage.
5.) Edit Customer Discount Directly from POS
You can also view or edit a customer’s discount percentage directly from within the POS interface. By clicking Edit Partner, the customer’s information popup appears where you can update the Discount Percentage(%).
