Contact Creation Restriction

Global Restriction on Contact Creation
This module introduces a system-wide control that disables the ability to create new contact records for both users and administrators. Once activated, the “Create” button is removed from all relevant views, ensuring that no new contacts can be added manually.
Configurable Restriction via Boolean Setting
A dedicated boolean field, Partner Creation Restriction, allows easy activation or deactivation of the restriction. Users with appropriate access can toggle this setting to control whether contact creation is allowed.

1.) User Settings - Partner Creation Restriction
A new option becomes available within user settings, allowing activation of the Partner Creation Restriction.
2.) Contacts Kanban View - Restricted Access
The contact management interface in kanban format reflects the restriction by removing the option to add new entries.
3.) Contacts List View - No Create Option
Within the list view of contacts, the absence of the create functionality ensures consistency across different layouts.
4.) Contact Form View - Creation Disabled
The contact form no longer provides an option to initiate new entries once the restriction is active.
5.) Sales/Quotation Flow - Creation Blocked
While working on quotations or sales orders, attempts to create a new customer directly from the selection field are prevented.
