Employee Resignation
The Employee Resignation module is designed to streamline the process of employee resignation within organizations. It allows both employees and managers to manage the resignation workflow effectively, ensuring smooth transitions during employee exits. This module automates tasks like resignation request submission, checklist completion, and archiving of resigned employees, while giving managers control over setting notice periods and reviewing resignation requests.
Features
Access Rights for User and Manager
The Employee Resignation module ensures that user access is restricted to their own resignation records, maintaining confidentiality. Managers, on the other hand, have access to all resignation records within the organization.
Employee Resignation Request
Employees can initiate a resignation request through the system, which includes submitting their resignation reason and completing the necessary checklist tasks. Once the request is submitted, it is sent to the manager for review and approval.
Set Notice Period for Employee
Managers have the ability to define the notice period duration for employees resigning. This ensures that both the employee and employer are aligned on the timeline for the resignation process.
Set Resign Checklist for Employee
A customizable checklist is created for each employee during the resignation process. Managers can define tasks that need to be completed, such as returning company property or completing an exit interview. Employees must complete all tasks before their resignation is finalized.
Auto Archive Resigned Employee
Once the employee has completed their resignation process and all associated tasks are done, their record is automatically archived. This feature simplifies the process by eliminating the need for manual archiving, ensuring that resigned employee data is preserved for future reference while keeping the system organized and up-to-date.
