1.) Advance Expense Request Menu
Employees can navigate to this menu to create and submit advance expense requests. It provides a structured interface that guides users through entering all required details efficiently.

2.) Email Notification for Request Submission
When a request is submitted, an automatic email is sent from the employee work email to the company’s system, containing all relevant expense details.
3.) Manager Approval Options
Managers with appropriate permissions can approve or reject requests using clearly labeled buttons. This ensures only authorized users can make decisions, streamlining the approval workflow.

4.) Email Notification for Confirmation
Upon manager approval, the employee receives an automatic email confirming the request has been approved.
5.) Email Notification for Rejection
If a manager rejects a request, an email is automatically sent to the employee with the reason for rejection, keeping communication transparent and clear.
6.) Submit Button for Managers
After confirming a request, managers can click the Submit button, which automatically records confirmation details such as the approval date and confirming manager, ensuring accurate record-keeping.

When the manager submits the request, an automatic email is sent to the employee, keeping them informed of the final status of their advance expense request.

Clicking the smart button allows managers to see a detailed breakdown of the expense lines for the current request. This provides a clear overview of all expenses and supports accurate tracking.
