1.) Access Rights for Custom Field Creation
Users need to be assigned to the “User Custom Field” group to create custom fields. This ensures that only authorized users can modify user data, maintaining security while enabling customization.

The Create Field button launches a popup form where users can enter all necessary details for a new field.

3.) User Custom Field Form
Users fill in all field details here, including Field Name, Field Label, Field Type, Field Position, Widget, and Extra Properties.

The newly created field appears exactly where the user specifies it, such as after the Time-zone field. This feature ensures forms remain organized and logical for end users.
