This feature allows users to archive a lead while simultaneously creating a task that includes the complete email history. It ensures that all prior communication and context are preserved, making it easier for teams to understand the background of the task.

Create Task without Email History

Users can create tasks without transferring any email history or archiving the lead, providing a clean and simplified task entry. This is particularly useful when only essential task details are needed without additional communication context.

Create Task with Mail Threads

This option enables the creation of tasks that retain the full email history while keeping the lead open. It ensures that all communication remains accessible within the task, allowing team members to stay informed and aligned.

A smart button appears on the lead page, providing instant access to the task created from that lead.
