6.) Cash Management Journal Entry Overview
This view provides the journal entry generated from the approved cash request, showing the reference and accounting date. All debit and credit movements are listed clearly, reflecting the transfer between the bank and cash accounts. Users can review or adjust the entry using available actions, ensuring accurate financial tracking.

7.) Cash Request Print Option
This view displays the approved cash request with the option to print the petty cash request document. The print menu provides access to generate a formatted petty cash request for record-keeping or submission.

8.) Cash Request Printable Document
This document displays the formatted printable version of the cash request. It includes company details, requester and approver information, payment journals, and request amount. Signature sections are provided for both the requester and approver for formal validation.
9.) Cash Expense Overview
This view shows the list of recorded cash expenses along with employee and journal details. It provides quick access to create new expense entries or review existing transactions. The layout helps users monitor expenses that are pending approval or processing.

12.) Cash Expense Payment
This view shows a cash expense entry after its payment has been processed. The record is now in the Payment Processed state, and a journal entry has been generated.A Done button is available.

13.) Cash Expense Done
This view shows a cash expense record after moving to the Done state. The payment has been processed, and the transaction is now completed and closed. The Done button here only sets the record to the Done state.

14.) Journal Entry Posted
This view displays the journal entry automatically created from the processed cash expense. It shows the debit and credit movements recorded for the transaction. The entry is already posted and reflects the completed financial impact.

15.) Cash Expense
This stage shows a newly created cash expense awaiting validation. The expense details and amount are recorded but not yet approved. The user can review the entry and proceed with confirmation.

16.) Cash Expense Invalid Operation
An invalid operation message is displayed when the entered expense exceeds the available petty cash balance. The system prevents confirmation to ensure compliance with cash limits. The user must adjust the expense amount to proceed.

17.) Cash Expense Print
The user opens the print menu to generate a petty cash expense document. This option provides a formatted printout of the completed cash expense details. It is available once the expense has reached the Done stage.
