The Bulk Quotation Cancellation feature allows users to cancel multiple sales quotations simultaneously. This functionality is accessed through the "Action" menu within the Sales module, enabling users to select multiple quotations and cancel them in one go. This not only saves time but also ensures that the cancellation process is executed efficiently and accurately, reducing the risk of manual errors.
Bulk Cancellation of Confirmed Sale Orders
With this feature, users can bulk cancel confirmed sale orders that have incomplete or pending operations. This ensures that only eligible orders are canceled, maintaining the integrity of the data. By selecting multiple confirmed sale orders and using the "Action" tab to initiate cancellation, sales teams can streamline the order management process and focus on active orders.

1.) Bulk Quotation Cancellation Action
In this interface, multiple quotations are selected, and the "Cancel" option is accessed via the Action dropdown menu. Users can cancel several quotations simultaneously, streamlining the cancellation process and ensuring greater efficiency for managing bulk actions.
2.) Cancellation Confirmation Prompt
After selecting the "Cancel" option for multiple quotations, a confirmation prompt appears to ensure users are certain about their decision. The prompt asks, "Are you sure you want to cancel?" offering the options to confirm or close the action, which safeguards against accidental cancellations.
3.) Confirmed Sale Orders Cancellation
Here, confirmed sale orders that are eligible for cancellation are listed alongside quotations. Orders are marked as "Sales Order," and the option to cancel these is available if relevant operations have not been completed. This functionality ensures that only those orders with incomplete actions are canceled, maintaining workflow control.
