1) Access Rights for Activity Management:
Users have to set a role of User or Administrator in "Activity".
Navigation : Settings > Users & companies > User
2) Activity Dashboard
The Activity Management Dashboard gives a quick and clear overview of all activities in one place. It displays key metrics such as Total, Completed, Planned, and Overdue Activities using easy-to-read summary cards. Planned and overdue activities are shown in structured tables with detailed information, while interactive charts visualize activities by type (Call, Email, Meeting, To-Do) for faster analysis. The Document Model chart highlights where activities are generated, such as Leads, Sales Orders, or Journal Entries. This dashboard helps users track tasks efficiently, prioritize follow-ups, and improve productivity through real-time insights.
3) Admin Access Activities:
Here is the Tree view of Activities with the Advance Filter option of Activity type, Priority, Assignee, And Document model.
4) User Access of activities:
Here is the activities view for User, the user can see only his own record of activities.

Here, Admins filter out email type activities.

By clicking the Edit button, the user can edit activity.
