1.) Access Rights for Creating a Custom Field
To enable users to create custom fields, they must be granted access by assigning the "Lead Custom Field" group.

The "Create Field" button provides users with an intuitive popup interface to define and configure new fields, including specifying field types, labels, and extra properties.

3.) Lead Custom Field Setup
