Add Delivery Notes on Purchase Quotations
This feature enables users to enter delivery-related notes directly while creating a Request for Quotation or Purchase Order. The delivery note field is integrated seamlessly into the purchase workflow, making it easy to record instructions such as delivery timelines, packaging requirements, or special handling details.
Delivery Notes Reflected in Purchase Reports
Any delivery note added to a purchase quotation or order is automatically included in the corresponding purchase report. This ensures that printed or shared documents clearly communicate delivery expectations without requiring manual edits.

Here while creating the purchase order the user can add the delivery note.
Navigation : Purchase -> Orders -> Request For Quotation

The note that is created by the user get viewed in the report also.
