Bulk Sale Order Cancellation

Updated Order Status
After canceling a sale order, users can easily see the updated status of each order. The status of canceled orders is automatically changed to “Cancelled,” allowing users to track the progress of cancellations in real time.
Error Prevention with User Alerts
If a user tries to cancel an order that has already been canceled, the system provides a helpful warning message. This prevents users from mistakenly applying a cancellation to an order that has already been processed. 1.) Sales Quotation View
From the sales quotation view, users can select multiple quotations and initiate the cancellation process.
Navigation : Sale → Quotation → Action → Cancel Order
2.) Cancelled Quotation View
Once an order is canceled, users can view the updated status of the quotation as "Cancelled" in the system.
3.) User Error Pop-up View
When a user attempts to cancel an already canceled order, a warning message pops up to prevent the action.
