Sales and Purchase Order Price Lock
With this feature, businesses can lock prices on both sales and purchase orders. Once the price is locked, even users with access to these orders cannot modify the prices. This functionality ensures that pricing remains accurate, preventing discrepancies that may arise from price changes during the sales or purchasing process.
User-Based Price Lock Management
Admins can manage which users have access to modify locked prices. This feature provides flexibility in enforcing pricing rules based on the user role. When the price lock is enabled, users with limited access cannot change product prices, ensuring that only authorized personnel can adjust pricing settings.
